The Workplace Practice Pack is a one-time digital download. The exact price and currency are shown before payment. No subscription or automatic renewal is included.
Delivery
Sign in before purchasing. After the payment processor confirms payment, your account receives access to the ZIP download. Delayed payment methods may take longer to confirm. Contact chip.sineath92@gmail.com with the order ID if access is missing.
14-day full refund requests
Request a full refund within14days of purchase through your purchase history or by email with your order ID. Explain the issue so we can improve the pack; you do not need to prove a defect to make a request within that period. We aim to review requests within two business days. Refunds go to the original payment method and bank processing times vary. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
A full refund or unresolved payment dispute removes hosted download access. Copies already downloaded cannot be remotely removed; please delete them after a refund. Partial refunds, where agreed, do not automatically remove access.
License and certificate
Use the files for personal learning and ordinary internal practice. Do not redistribute or resell them. The pack does not include a separate certification, accreditation, or a guarantee of employment or proficiency.
